@@danieldimond5734 As far as our families, the biggest blessing and most loving thing we can ever do for them is to remain faithful Catholics growing in the Faith and holiness, because through us God opens doors of bigger grace to them. Of course, they remain in free will but these times that we are in demand greater grace and we can be sacrificial servants like Jesus to help provide that. Tough? Oh, yeah! Real Love Is!! As far as comments regarding the present betrayal and corruption in the Church, we must raise our voices with humility, charity and uncompromising courage after daily deeper and deeper repentance and surender before God. My wife was Baptised Catholic but not really raised in the faith. Thus when we came together God was not our top priority. Sure we got married in the church, but for the most part weren't practicing our faith much at all. My upbringing was 8 years of Catholic school. My wife's was all public school. Once life caught up with me I turned to God for help. In doing so I turned too hard and too fast. What Im saying is we are not the Holy Spirit. And like the prayer above says, "Do they not belong to Me?" .... And as 1rst Corinthians 12 : 3 says "No one can say Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit". It is God who softens and changes hearts. Our Jobs as faithful Catholic husbands and wives is to Love our spouses and children, to pray for them and to as St Francis said, "Preach the gospel at all times and if necessary use words!" When they see our joy, love, and faith expressed as God intends it to be, God willing He will draw them to Himself. Be gentle and patient in your desire to bring your family to where you are in faith. God is the one who draws people to Himself. It's like an alcoholic who wishes to point out to another alcoholic that he or she needs help. They may be perfectly right in their needing help, but until an alcoholic comes to that place of recognizing their problem, and their taking action to seek help, they most likely won't seek the help and change they need. Again our Job is to Love our spouses and children. Yes it's frustrating and we can even get angry when they don't join us in our faith journey, but when anger gets involved we open the door for the devil to create even greater problems. (Not saying you have gotten angry as I did and defeated any good I sought) No matter what, we are all called to love God first above all things. Life is a gift. Our Spouses and children are gifts. Try and accept the gifts as they are and commit their salvation to the Holy Spirit. God loves them far more than we ever could. Simply Pray for them, maybe fast for them, but TRUST GOD TO DO HIS PART, even if it takes God a bit longer than you would like. I'm divorced now 22 years and live alone. It's not easy living according to the Churches/God's standard of one marriage, when one person walks away. I know it's hard, but some way try and find a way to "let go and let God"! I will keep you and your family in my prayers, please pray for me and my family as well. Remember our spouses and children are gifts that God created for Himself and has loaned them to us for a short while. God bless.

One exercise I used to do in hopes of this grace was to place a bit of holy salt on the tip of my finger and I prayed a small prayer such as Lord please bless my tongue today. Its a penance to do it because a finger tip of salt is very sharp / harsh on your tongue directly. So its a prayer, a penance and your body is blessed with the holy salt.

What I love about Fr Ripperger is that he speaks with such clarity . And he backs up what he says! He is one of the few traditional priests that doesn’t heap burning coals upon the bishops and the Pope. He has seen first hand how the demons respond to the authority of bishops even “bad” ones. I'm not perfect, but at this point in my life Christ Jesus, the Eucharist, is everything as compared to the things of the world, so much so that it's becoming more ane more difficult being in the world. Please do not misunderstand me, I'm not at all suggesting I'm suicidal, just the opposite. I crave more and more prayer time with God. I love my fellow brothers and sisters as Christ Jesus commands. Why did these things happen? I was one of those who had the Holy Mass ripped out from under me. A recent convert in 1966, as a teen, after wanting baptism from the age of 4, I was by 1969 sitting on the floor at a folk Mass in a house. I wandered this desert for over 40 years and have now found, since 2018, the Holy Mass in an FSSP Parish. God is so loving. He brought me Home back to His Church, which He founded. I now see that it was, and is, due to the battle between princes and principalities. It is a demonic force of the world.

My cousin had an audience with Pope John Paul in regards to the international year of the youth in the 80s. It was encouraged he sit through Father Amorth's lectures on demonology/exorcisms. What Father said here eases my distress. It brings order, especially what he said about remembering our station in life & having reverence for the pope. I feel like I can pray "Bless our Holy Father the Pope..." & leave the rest to God no matter what the Pope says or does. God knows. I also realize I have a long way to go, especially online. I’ve taught this concept to the youth at my church for many years. There are two types of fear; Servile fear, which is a selfish fear, a fear of the pain of a punishment! And there is Phila fear, phila meaning love thus the fear of losing the love of our Father! This second type of fear is the one we need to be concerned about! We do not want to lose the love of God because that would be total separation from Him thus putting ourselves in hell! Fear of the Lord is the key to the 7 gifts of the Holy Spirit and the beginning of Wisdom! God bless!❤❤

In my parish in Ireland, a lady does almost everything that our priest does, she exposes the BS , she bangs it down hard upon the press holding him and then she flies out the door for her morning walk, ans when she is giving out the hosts, she flys through it saying the body of Christ fast as she can , but the priest told me off in a very severe angry tone because he said that i was trying to show him up and the people of my parish wirh my kneeling and bowing down low to Jesus, so i wrote him a letter and then the night before my sisters wedding, as her finace was dying of cancer, he started and got very angry at me and poked me on my shoudler with his finger, he always made for me to give out to me, but i took what he dished out, but i moved away from his Novus ordo church

I was a member of a Catholic Charismatic Prayer Group until Fr. Ripperger questioned the groups. I started asking members of the group questions. How they exercised, yoga, essential oils, Reiki. Many were doing all these things plus more like Angle Divination, naming their angles. When I told them they shouldn’t be doing these things the Priest told me I was wrong. These same people put their hands on us calling in the Holy Spirit! I am so fortunate I left and never looked back. By the way the Priest and members are repulsed by Fr. Ripperger! I did the right thing! ❤

As a genexer who works in senior healthcare with all generations for the past thirty years we are obviously saying goodbye to the greatest generation and their children, boomers, are our newer cohort. Absolutely spiritual duds. Completely miserable and angry seniors. Seriously, they are difficult to take care of because of these generational quirks. They have a streak of meanness I have never seen before and what used to be spiritually alive places, especially nursing homes, are spiritual desserts. The Catholic in me isn't just keenly aware of this and observing it I am deeply saddened and concerned. Most of that cohort is now spiritually at risk of hell and have almost zero ability to work on finding peace before or at death. So my newer thing is to really start praying for some of them. I am hopeful that maybe the younger and more conservative Catholic movement starts to pay attention to what actually seems urgent to me.

Whenever I encounter a talk by Father Ripperger of any length, I know that it is one that I am going to have to listen to at least twice, and probably four times. The depth of his spirituality and knowledge is phenomenal. I have lived as a desert hermit for the last 20 years, and it is priests like Father Ripperger that help get me through this life. Always he convicts me in the knowledge that I am not doing enough or not in the right way or not at the right time or something that shames me. That is not a criticism. I would be a poor religious hermit if when faced with my limitations, that I do not feel shame. This is how true inspiration works. Everyone's in a while he will say something. That gives me a niggling little doubt. And I am not sure about it in some way. But I have plenty to do to conform to the other things that I know I should be doing without worrying about the small things that do not seem quite right to me. I figured by the time I get to those. I will have figured out how I am wrong about it.
