Maybe you should start the school day with a decade and see if that helps his focus. I should try this with my teen that I homeschool. I have 3. A moderate functioning autistic 13 year old, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. All of them have genuinely extreme ADHD with no self soothing skills and are completely unmanageable during Mass. Every Sunday we are completely embarrassed by how hyperactive they are and we can't pay attention to the Mass because we're constantly "shhh"-ing the toddler, telling the teenager to stop being goofy, and wrestling with the 1 year old who wants to run around. Meanwhile all the other children there seem to be perfect little angels who are content to just sit still and listen. Our church is very small and doesn't have a "cry room". It's so difficult and I just pray they learn to settle themselves.

This is wild and amazing. Thanks for this. The first time I saw a clip from this video, it was the Short about Mary. I'm a protestant who's been searching for the Church for 5 years. I had been studying the reformation from a Catholic perspective that day and got overwhelmed. Gabi's short on Mary started playing and for the first time I came out with a cry from deep in my gut "Mother, help me!" That evening around 8pm, my wife remembered we had to go pick up a dresser we had paid for at a garage sale. It seemed late but I had a good sense about it so I texted the guy and he was home. When he was loading the dresser, I noticed a tattoo he had and said "nice tattoo, is that a crown of thorns!?" Long story shorter, he's a catholic and he asked if he could give me catholic books. He came back out not just with books but with rosaries for me and my wife. Twenty years as a christian, never touched a rosary. Asked the Mother of God for help, got given a rosary the same day. It gets better, the guy was on paternity leave. The next day, my wife and I brought dinner to their house and he answered a bunch of my questions about Catholicism. I left there knowing I was at the point of no return of joining the Church. Praise be to God and thanks to our Holy Mother! Please pray for my wife and I as we discern which parish with which to take RCIA.

Praise God. In discerning your parish. I'd say find a priest who reverence's Christ in the Eucharist. Meaning is he truly recognizing Jesus truly present as he Prays the Mass. Does he pinch his finger and thumb together after consecrating the Host. Does he rinse well the cup of His precious Blood after Communion. In short does he truly believe that he is handling the body and blood of the Lord. Or is he just performing actions and going through the motions from habit. This said just know that even the most irreverent priest still acts in the person of Christ. Just as we receive an indelible Mark on our souls at our baptism as lay Catholics, so too a priest receives an indelible Mark on his soul as being a Priest. Priests holding the office of Priesthood are called by God and gifted by God with Christ Priestly authority. Aaron Moses Brother (and his sons) were priests of the old Covenant which was a type of the Priesthood of the New Covenant. But even angels in heaven, though they possess infused knowledge and dwell in the presence of God, They cannot Absolve a person of their sins in the sacrament of confession. Hebrews 5 : 4 + 5 says : "One does not take this honor on his own initiative, but only when called by God as Aaron was." Even Christ did not glorify himself with the office of high priest; he received it from the One who said to him, "You are my son; today, I have begotten you"; Through every priest, if they have great reverence or not they have the authority and office to "Forgive us our sins and to Transform bread and wine into the body and blood of the Lord Jesus. Jesus in John 6: 53 says ; "Thereupon Jesus said to them: "Let me solemnly assure you, IF YOU DO NOT EAT THE FLESH OF THE SON OF MAN AND DRINK HIS BLOOD, YOU HAVE NO LIFE WITHIN YOU.".... JOHN 6 : 50 "THIS IS THE BREAD THAT COMES DOWN FROM HEAVEN FOR A MAN TO EAT AND NEVER DIE." JOHN 6 : 54 "HE WHO FEEDS ON MY FLESH AND DRINKS MY BLOOD HAS LIFE ETERNAL AND I WILL RAISE HIM UP ON THE LAST DAY." Read 1rst Corinthians chapter 11 : 23 thru 32. Then Google search Eucharistic Miracles. When we receive our Lord in the Eucharist we are Touching the Body and blood of the Lord, not just touching the hem of His garment as the woman with a blood flow in scripture. Protestants often ask us "Have you received Jesus or asked Jesus into your heart". Yes this is good to do, but we have the ability to take Jesus into our Body Physically because of the most imperfect Priest. Many of us Catholics go through the motions. But how should we act in the Presence of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords? At every communion He is truly present with us Physically. We can't get any closer to Him than by consuming Him in the Eucharist. Find a priest that Truly believes these things and you will be where you need to be. God bless.

Gabi I was so relieved to hear you say you actually struggle with praying the rosary. I converted to Catholicism in 2021 thanks to the daily 5 decades rosary. Your videos convinced me a year ago to pray the whole rosary everyday. However back in January of this year I decided to stop and go back to pray just one series of mysteries a day. The rosary had become such an awful burden in my spiritual life. It left me with no energy to do spiritual reading or lectio divina. My distaste of the rosary made me think my prayers could not possibly be pleasing to God. Turning back to one series of mysteries a day didn’t alleviate the dryness and mental fog however, I just felt a bit less burdened by it. I am about to become a mother and a week ago I started reading the Apostolate of Holy Motherhood, which is a book of private revelations (with imprimatur) of Our Lady and the Child Jesus to a young American wife in the 80s. Low and behold, the first rule of belonging to the Apostolate is to pray the whole rosary everyday! So I am back on the train because it seems to be Our Lady’s will for me. I also started to practice mental prayer during Lent for an half an hour everyday and so far I didn’t find it hard to combine both devotions in my daily life. I really hope I will push through when dryness comes, which I know it will. Living the spiritual life is not for the faint of heart. 🙏🏻

He's the first person in my life who wrote so convincingly about Jesus i realized for the first time in my life that Kreeft didn't know ABOUT Jesus, Kreeft KNEW Jesus as a friend. I had a similar conversion moment on Good Friday at the veneration of the cross. I held it together for a bit but when I got home after the service I broke down and sobbed to my wife who wasn't Catholic and who didn't know what I was crying for but knew it was for something real. A year later, she became Catholic.

I started praying the full rosary (4 mysteries a day) along with fasting from all sweets (I was nursing my son at the time and couldn’t fast from food) for about a month and a half last year. I did it at Gabi’s insistence for a critical intention regarding my marriage. I am still feeling the graces *to this day* from having done that. My love for Our Lady became effortless, and I felt God speak to me in a way I never had before - answering questions for me, lovingly showing me His Will. As hard as it was, I will never regret it. And the bonus, although by the time I was done with that period I didn’t even care so much anymore - I had my prayer request granted. God is so good for giving us His Mother. Still trying to get the willpower to get back into a similar habit of prayer today. Pray for me, please!
@Sanee-n1l8 ай бұрын
Practice telling yourself over and over, this is the devil trying to stop me from praying, pls Mother Mary cast that devil so far away, so far away from me. When you are lazy praying the Rosary, remember it takes only 20 minutes to pray the whole Rosary, yet we spend 12 hours thinking of useless things. The Rosary is a weapon that will help you fight the devil so you have to pray it at least once a day. Believe it or not now that I pray the Rosary daily and ask Mother Mary to please let me pray the Rosary once a day, if I sleep and did not pray the Rosary the whole day, I will be awakened before MN to give me time to still pray the Rosary before the end of the day. This happens so many times that by now, I know it is from Mother Mary.

Gabi is one of the many "organs of the Church" (including Matt Frad & team) that led me to Jesus. I was born of a Muslim family as of writing this we're celebrating the end of Ramadan. Because I had a hard time trying to understand who Jesus is, I would intentionally skip praying to Jesus and go straight to Abah and in most cases, to the Holy Spirit. And for whatever reason, I picked up the rosary and prayed nightly during my first five to six months in RCIA. It's through the rosary that it clicked who Jesus is and what He truly did for us. Not only that, I realise the role our Blessed Mother took part in the salvific history. And so, I share the same sentiment as Gabi (58:00) especially those who do not or will not want to understand who our Blessed Mother is. But I pray for them and while they're good people, it's only through the Church that we can be like-God. Ave Christus Rex, Ave Maria!

My brother, praise God you have found the Truth who is Christ!! Please be aware there are tons of incredible Evangelical Protestant Saints through whom our Lord is happy to work miracles, many of whom are former Muslims! So I'm sure all of Heaven including our Blessed Mother is rejoicing at this. Let's not get so caught up in extreme statements and focus instead on our Oneness in Christ

I threw out thousands of dollars worth of crystals, books, equipment... within hours I got rid of it. What relief!! I have never regretted doing so. During quarantine 2 years ago I was begging the Lord to show me what to do to make up for my sins. Suddenly, out of nowhere there was a male voice above my head saying, "Pray the rosary!" I was overwhelmed. Still in quarantine, I started watching videos on how to pray - also came across your great videos!!! - and started to make rosaries. I ordered the necessary items, have not stopped praying the entire rosary ever since. I have been attacked lots of times, but Mother Mary has always interceded to help me. Once again, thank you so much! Praise the Lord! ❤

Once after my conversion, I wanted to see the Holy Mother so bad (I was new and naive) so I spontaneously prayed “Mama, I want to see you …but let my husband see you and I will enjoy seeing you through his eyes.” That week, I walked in to the house & hI knew something had happened to him. I asked what was wrong. My husband said “you wouldn’t believe it anyway”. I asked again. He said. I came in to our bedroom & the Holy Mother was leaning over your side of the bed. I smiled and told him my story She really hears us. Even if it’s not miraculous like this.

Rememebr the Christ is monogamus and has only one Bride. The Churches cannot be right. Only one of them is True Real Bride of Christ. Which one? The one where the chair is - as st. Jerome said. Speaking as a Catholic charismatic Gabriel is absolutely right, it's a both and. To be truly charismatic is to be traditional. One drives you to the other. My parents, as our family's example, tended to lean toward Protestantism, though my Dad couldn't give up the Church because he knows God is truly here. My sister and I, both charismatic, lean to the traditional and the sacred. It's what our hearts long for and need.
