Thank you so much for sharing this video, It helped me to decide what mic to get, and it's very affordable, ordering it now. And I do love the base, I also did not hear any background at all

Apart from the insane plosives, I liked the sound of the PD100 best. Wish you had tested it with a pop filter or foam screen.

Omg I think the pd100 sounds great I prefer it to the other 2 loving the background 😎👏🇮🇪

I absolutely love this review! The only thing I would like to see added to these mic tests is keyboard noise. I think a lot of people including myself are probably going to have this right by their keyboard and would like to see how well it blocks out the clicky clacky noises

I will do that moving forward. Thank you for letting me know. That is a good idea

Maono Pd100 blows the others away, however I do prefer more base in my mics. Not to hate on the Shure SM7B but I don't like the sound from it, I never have. For me it is to flat.
@tjisintheakatsuki4631 Жыл бұрын
waht do you think is better the MAONO PD100 or the fifine k688
@JMC-bh3jl Жыл бұрын
Definitely more bass for the Maono, but it sounds more natural to me.

PD sounded the best of the three. But maybe it was also a little louder so it just sounded better. I'm listening with good monitoring headphones.

Based on this review, I'm probably going to buy one of these. Just one question though. Will it sound ok from like 3 feet away if I have it on the edge of my desk? Or do I need to speak right into it from a few inches away?

You definitely need to be closer..I'm dropping another video tomorrow on an excellent mic from Maono actually
