LOVE MAPS! That colonization map of Africa showing South Africa as colonizing South Africa-it was the Dutch first, then the Brits. I believe Italy under Musselini claimed Ethiopia as a colony, but it didn’t go anywhere and the Italians were gone by the end of WWII. The river map is confusing: The Columbia does indicate a lot of something, but it probably isn’t volume of water. The Ohio River is a lot bigger in terms of flow. Maybe it shows importance to the regional economies?? Thank you for making a space for map musers to muse.😊
