Great guide. Hope there are more planned for other maps. I liked the use of the overhead map view with arrows, like watching tactics discussions in the football studios.

This tutorial is aces. And thank you, Fugit, for showcasing down-tier tanks for newer players; anything that combats the notion that a better or higher tier tank will make you a better tanker helps not only the player but the game itself. Newer players shouldn’t rush through the tiers to get the “next OP tank”-it’s the player, not the tank, that matters. Concentrate on becoming a better tanker by watching videos like this one that not only explore the positions, but the reasoning behind altering those position to take map control. The situational awareness demonstrated in this tutorial is a talent any player can develop who takes the time to do so.

There is a part of me that wishes that WG would allow us to pick our maps for battles. I know that sounds cray cray but I believe that if this was possible then those of us who are older and having issues remembering the maps and both spawn positions could practice via repetition and learn better how to play the game like you are talking about. We can wish right?
