Dexter Manley who played football for the Washington Redskins was raised approx..2blks from Emancipation park also M.Ali recorded portions of his movie at PABA boxing gym 1 block away from the park also Lighting Hopkins would regularly hang out nearby with friends , that's just to name a few. Yes their is BIG history in the Dirty 3rd.
