I LOVE that you guys are doing their "origin story". I love the next performance so I'm looking forward to when that drops. Watching this reminds me that you need to add a Superfruit reaction video once you are done with the Sing Off performances. Superfruit reacts to their sing off performances and it's HILARIOUS! They don't react to all, just some clips from the show that Scott picked. Great reactions, sorry about the headphones!

I'm so glad that you guys talked about the technical stuff, and Kirstin doing the solo! People tend to listen to this performance as if they were just shopping, and like a different song better. The 1st song they did a mash-up in, and it was their first Medley! Their first Grammy was a Medley. Daft Punk Medley! They tried something new to all of them... experimented on a nationally televised A Capella Singing Competition! That's gutsy! But they did it, and Medleys and /or mashups ended up being a "thing" that set them apart from the crowd.. They're freakishly skilled at it... and now look what they can fo!? This performance was a defining moment for Pentatonix and steered them on to greatness! Kirstin taking lead. We all know she has not wanted to take lead, and has hated solos because of her self-consciousness and negative feelings about her looks (didn't even realize how beautiful she was!) . She was in a bad place for a VERY long time. And now she's tried out for and got the part in "Kinky Boots" on BROADWAY! YES!! I'm so proud of her, and (even more so) HAPPY for her! Perhaps this number wasn't as polished as the one before it, but it was an amazing idea, and they pulled it off! Now we have "New Rules x Are You That Somebody" and it's so GOOD! made #1 trending when it came out! Their tweets and instagram stories were so cute over their video trending! Mitch especially. 💗 Next one is really, REALLY good! 👏 😀

I need those earplugs Marco was using 😅 Yeah it was nice to see Kirstin take the lead for this. Avi and Kev always kill it man, from day 1! They are just always spot on, prepared, professional and never falter. The dance routine in this though 😂😅 They are so precious! ❤ Avi at 6:09 especially 😂😂❤❤ God he kills me!!

That little "dance move" he does is so hilarious! I love how Scott included it in the Superfruit reaction. I didn't realize how many other people thought it was funny until a few reactors were laughing about it as it's so QUICK but such a weird camera angle it just makes me giggle.

Can't wait for your reaction to #7. Oh, did you notice how the judges were laughing when they did the "dum dum dum da da" in the middle of Kirstie's solo? That was a tribute to a Boyz II Men riff, in honor of Shawn.

I really enjoy your analysis and reactions! Of course, I LOVE Pentatonix, but I also like to hear other people's reactions to it. Are you guys Germans? What is the hint of an accent that comes through your otherwise native quality English? I look forward to hearing you do the Sing-Off, Episode Seven next. They're all good, and from #4 onward, it was pretty clear to me that they were way ahead of the rest of the pack, although, there were many other good groups that appeared in Season Three. But there's fifteen or sixteen performances associated with just the Sing-Off, so you've got a ways to go. It's a treat and a treasure! Enjoy!

Hi guys. OMG! I just got a set of really nice head phones that are bluetooth. NO CORDS! So, no more missing left ear. Funny, it's always my left ear that quits. I got the set at Walmart for around $20.00. I can't stand the in-ear earphones. My ears are too sensitive. They hurt. Bluetooth is the way to go. You'll never have your cord break, cause there are no cords to break! Wow! That really sounds preachy. "God said, 'Bluetooth shall be all you need!'" (sarcasm) There is another The Sing Off song, where Avi says, "Oh, No!" It's perfect. Thanx, Mindy

this one was good vocally. not the best of the sing off, certainly not the worst. Yet the vast majority of people would agree that this is the worst in terms of dancing, and that the costumes are a bit extra painful in this. Not to mention that Mitch's super low voice was super weird to hear. And Scott changing the song pronouns in Toxic to make it straight make me cringe a bit every time i watch this one. but the vocals were good
