Marathon City Marina (aka Boot Key Harbor) review - Log Entry - 109 - Knot Vanilla

Glad to be back. Welcome to Boot Key Harbor. Marathon City Marina is known to have what is called a "sticky bottom", and this video shows why. There is not much that you will need to go anywhere else for any of your mechanical, supply, provisioning, or social needs. This is by far one of our most favorite places that we have had the pleasure of stopping and spending time. The moorings are very affordable, the work area alone is worth the stop, and its close proximity to just about anything you need makes it top our list. We will miss Boot Key as we ready for a trip north.

We are not sure. Our next sail plan has us offshore from Chesapeake straight to the Bahamas in the next season depending on the family assistance needed, and the purchase of a new autopilot.
