For me I have a soft spot for jegulus not necessarily for the ship but because those fics tend to centre the themes of how trauma affects people especially the difference between the Black siblings. A fic a stubbled a cross that does this quite well is “The golden King” by maladaptivewriting. I really like the characterisation of Regulus and the rest of the cast as well. Be warned it’s long as shit and slow burn to the point where a snail looks like Usain Bolt, it is very good tho and the author does some other nice fics as well

Omg for jegulus I recommend only the brave by solmussa. It’s a cannon divergence fic taking place during the first wizarding war in which regulus does everything he can to get revenge and defeat Voldemort. That fic pretty much became my cannon

A rec for Jegulus is Whatever Happened to the Young Young Lovers by Georgia_sk. It is an au where Regulus fakes his death and single-handedly takes down Voldemort. It also has Wolfstar and Rosekiller. Marylily is also there but not super prominent (I wish the author had included more of them). And another rec for Jegulus is Art Heist, Baby! by otrtbs which is an art heist au as the title suggests. It’s honestly what got me to unironically love Regulus, Barty, and Evan and their dynamic as friends. Another popular au for Jegulus is Kill Your Darlings by Messer_Moon which is a hockey university au by Messer_Moon who also wrote Choices.

I have big feelings about the Lovegoods. Luna is my favorite fictional character possibly ever, so naturally I have several headcanons about her parents. My favorite personal headcanon is that Xenophilius was non-binary. I also like to think of Pandora as aroace and their relationship was more of a QPR and they co-parented Luna.

for jegulus crimson rivers, just lovers like we were supposed to be, art heist baby and only the brave are definitely my to go. especially CR and just lovers aka the BLUEPRINT. CR is also a wolfstar fic tbf and AHB has a rosekiller sequel there’s also other popular ones such as kill your darlings, best friend’s brother, whatever happened to the young young lovers and mastermind (love made me crazy), but i havent read those for rosekiller its def intermission, tender curiosities baby, im not gonna teach him how to dance with you and adagio

I actually really like RoseKiller Can’t really say why but they are just right for me I headcanon Evan as ace and their relationship gets so much more interesting with that nuance added, especially when Barty is portrayed as extremely hyper and they have to navigate this Maybe it’s because I’m ace and need representation and acceptance, but we don’t talk about that xD
