Excellent footage, Kathy! The Acela looked amazing. I'm surprised at the huge gap between the platform and the doors on the MARC and Amtrak Trains - seems dangerous to me.

When I was still a toddler I fell between the train and the platform. I was sent to the hospital with only scrapes and bruises. I remember very little of what happened. This was at one of the Philly, PA trains back in the early 50’s. I couldn’t believe that they were so far apart. Thanks for watching my video, I’m glad you liked it ! :-))

If u wanna go from dc to Baltimore and Ydk what train to go in either Marc or Acela take the Acela cuz the Acela is the express train and Marc is the local train

But wouldn’t the cost be much higher ? I think I would just drive up there. It takes about 90 minutes to drive up to DC and probably close to the same from here to Baltimore. I would love to ride on one of the Acela trains. I have seen them twice but they were going slower around one of the stations that they do not stop at. Have you been on one of the Acela trains ?
