It's not that hard though. Study a skilled major and go about things the right way. Studying hospitality is not a skill course. Neither is pouring coffee, top flight security guard or fast food work.

Would u consider software development a skill course? I am considering this to augment my baccaulareate in accounting and work towards a cpa accreditation.

Temporary visas for any reason have been misused for years. Have to be a dolt not to see it. We need zero temporary students, zero temporary workers and zero immigrants or refugees for at least 3 years maybe more. Why? No houses, no rental units, no jobs for Canadian young people, no doctors, no nurses, no hospital beds, no shelter space. We have working people who could not afford their apartments living homeless, veterans on the street while refugees and asylum seekers stay in hotels paid for by taxpayers along with food, health care and all essentials. This society is falling apart. We saw another degenerating situation in Montreal over the weekend, getting more serous by the week. Houses can't be built fast enough if hundreds of thousands of new people keep arriving every year. Will never catch up. Families can't live in 500 square foot units and nobody should actually have to live like that in Canada.

That’s right, encourage Canadian students to go into healthcare field. Some of your youth just want to be on TikTok or worry about changing their sex where as international students come with the zeal to study and make something with their lives therefore contributing to the economy. These students pay tuition three times more than the Canadian citizens and when they get employed at the end of their studies, they work them like a dog- I will call it modern day slavery. Anyway, it is what it is. However, the Canadian government can’t keep letting too many people into Canada at the expense of their citizens.

Can you help explain or introduce the post graduation / phd program in Canada and to prepare ? Any available fully funded scholarship program from government? I really appreciated and thank you.
@TheCanadaChronicles22 күн бұрын
Hello Sorida, Thank you for reaching out. Canada offers a range of postgraduate and PhD programs across various disciplines, with numerous institutions providing fully funded scholarships to support international students. Postgraduate and PhD Programs in Canada: Canadian universities are renowned for their research excellence and diverse academic offerings. To prepare for these programs, it's essential to: Research Institutions and Programs: Identify universities that align with your academic interests and career goals. Review Admission Requirements: Each program may have specific prerequisites, including academic qualifications, language proficiency tests (such as IELTS or TOEFL), and relevant experience. Prepare Application Materials: This typically includes transcripts, letters of recommendation, a statement of purpose, and a research proposal for PhD applicants. Fully Funded Scholarship Programs: Several Canadian government-funded scholarships are available for international students: Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships (Vanier CGS): This prestigious program aims to attract and retain world-class doctoral students by offering $50,000 per year for three years during doctoral studies. Banting Postdoctoral Fellowships: Designed to attract and retain top-tier postdoctoral talent, these fellowships provide $70,000 per year for two years to both national and international researchers. Additionally, many Canadian universities offer their own scholarships and funding opportunities for international students. It's advisable to visit the official websites of the universities you're interested in to explore specific scholarships and funding options. I hope this information assists you in your academic pursuits in Canada. Wishing you the best in your endeavors!

It means more money for consultants, imagine $15 thousand each to process their paperwork to become a permanent resident.

Just as canada is using them! who advertised relentlessly on different media, enticing students to cine study with a hope that it could lead to PR?
@nerfzed293421 күн бұрын
You are just blaming people for your bad system, student are bringing money from their country to study and also work hard to pay x10 study fees compared to Canadian’s and getting 0 social benefits from the government, you can send them home but your problems never will be fixed with that
@ismailchawala363922 күн бұрын
Foreign students and temporary workers should go back to their home countries once their visa expires. They must apply for PR from outside Canada. Asylum seekers must not be supported by taxpayers money.

That is exactly what they should do . What have the Liberals got to lose This issue has brought them down 20 points in the polls and a threat from Donald Trump as these so called students head south and create problems for US.

canada shouldn't take in so much international students to start it. take it only Canadians and let's see how the system turns out !
