He was on Americas Got Talent and the Ellen Degeneres show. He just did a US, Canada and Australia tour. He is very humble and gives all the money from his KZbin channel to the poor in the Phillipines. He has charities. He was on his own from age 7 and raised himself on the streets. He had a very difficult and traumatic childhood. That’s why so many people worldwide support him, as he has worked so hard to get where he is today.

Marcelito's story Marclito's father was incarcerated and his mother abandoned him on the poverty ridden streets of a city in The Phillipines. He started singing to comfort himself when alone and afraid. He cleaned chicken coops for coins to survive and he sang to the chickens. Marcelito has never had a vocal lesson and is completely self taught. He sings all genres of music, including rock - you should hear him slay She's Gone - and in 6 languages. He is great and very interactive with his audiences especially the smaller intimate ones. With everything he endured he has remained kind, gentle and humble. He is an activist for all of the vulnerable populations in The Phillipines. He is married and has 2 beautiful daughters. Marcilito is truly a man to be admired. Wow welcome back to Marcelito. He has recently been touring the US, there are lots of clips of his concerts on YT. He sometimes gets a member of the audience to come on stage and sing with him, he always interacts with the audience, usually at the end he let's them up on stage to take photos while he's still singing. Marcelito was born with the ability to sing in soprano, tenor and baritone ranges. He's also singing this song in both English and Italian, neither of them is his native language. He can also sing in multiple languages even though he can't speak them. He amazes me.

I am confused. Both of you declared how classical singing was not your thing yet Marcelito mesmerized both of you. You might want to listen to him mimicking Michael Jackson singing "Ben." I think you should react to the acapella group (no instrumentation) singing The Prayer and the same group singing "Halleluyah."

And don’t forget sitting down. Challenging to sing the way he does when sitting. And normal diets when not singing get a rest and breathe. Doing both is way harder than he makes it appear! And no formal music training. This truly sounds like the Celine version He also does other stars and his own style: voice is awesome too. His wife is very sweet. ( he was shy and uncertain at AGT that his wife came on stage with him before he sang for support ) Dude is so talented and yet shy and nervous. Since it is a tracked recording, he includes all of the harmonies where Bocelli and Dion sing together in harmony. It is quite beautiful with Marcelito singing the lead (Bocelli) in tenor/baritone and the alto harmony (Dion) in countertenor. This song also includes a marvelous background orchestra.
