Great explanation but how is there any modulation from the quintuplets as you were saying bc the groups of 5 were never implied as quintulepts but only as a 16th note pattern in groups of 5. So wouldn't it be 3 16ths become triplets at the new tempo for the modulation? Or you could just write it as dotted quaver = crochet. Then the last part is just 5/4 variation divided as 4,4,4,3 and then you accent every 3rd right?
