She wanted him to talk about the politically correct philosophy and diets of veganism and the new age philosophy of eating only the chemically correct food from animals and plants that have led a happy and fulfilled life. She kept asking about it again and again until Marco finally said that vegans don't matter to chefs and restaurants. It almost seemed that she was offended that he thought vegans were an oddity while she thought vegans were the latest evolution of enlightened eaters.

It went from being a decent interview to a mess, maybe the producers were trying to guide Marco into saying something about veganism - possibly negatively or positively. Either Marco caught on or just thought it was pretty irrelevant due to the low percentages. I am now interested on his thoughts on what it was like for him going vegan, that would been a much easier way of asking him of what he thinks of this health conscious vegan audience. I kind of think Marco isn't the typical interviewee experience and you just have to let him say what comes to mind, the best interviews I have seen of his are like that. He probably would have talked about veganism if it didn't turn into conversion rates of weight.

Bad interview.Marco always tries to get philosophical in what he speaks. That will give a very broad picture of the core topic. This kind of questioning where specifics are focused does not suit him. When some one is a legend he is proven to be better than us in that area. Interviewers should adapt to his approach because we go to him to experience the legendary nature. Being adamant about trying to dictate the course of the interview just because I get to ask questions is silly. You try to show the legend you are while the whole objective is to help the world experience his legend.

Wow. I found the interviewer quite rude to Marco Pierre. Where's the respect? ಠ_ಠ She didn't make solid eye contact with Marco either while asking questions. Also, the way she responded to Marco mistakenly saying "lost 130 kg" was too off-putting. There is a more polite way of doing this interview and she blew it. But thinking about it, Marco is from Yorkshire and people from that area are known to be blunt. So.. He might have liked the interview.
