Tilted/retroverted/retroflexed uterus is interesting as well as adhesions. Could there be adhesions in the uterus from prior pregnancy/birth preventing implantation? What about luteal phase or progesterone deficiencies? I’m 40, had my 1st child full term after being on bed rest and progesterone suppositories for incompetent cervix. Current doctors haven’t implied anything about hormone deficiencies or physical abnormalities with any of my reproductive organs, but I feel like unless you specifically ask they don’t tell you or you don’t know if it’s been ruled out. I did 6 cycles of clomid without success and now just trying to go natural and focus on lifestyle changes to boost egg quality. Thanks for your videos in giving me hope that I’m not too old for things to happen naturally.

Had tubal reversal done in December of 2020 and I've had numerous chemical pregnancies up to this time Feb 2022. I recently had an HSG test done in Jan 2022 and was told my right tube was closed but the left side was good. I also have been diagnosed with MTHFR both types so was wondering could implantation issues be due to that? I feel like it implants just enough to give me a faint + but only lasts 2-3 days then I start cramping and spotting til full flow comes out. My levels one time started out at 16 and only went up to 56 then I miscarried. Can you talk about progesterone and now to naturally increase it, also what could cause low progesterone? I've recently found out through blood tests that I have low progesterone but all of my other hormones are great. I also have very low iron reserves and low b12 (vegetarian for the past 3+ years) and a slightly under functioning thyroid. My doctor gave me a herbal supplement to help raise my progesterone but I'm wondering if the other issues I'm dealing with stated above play a role. I have 1.09 Amh levels at 30 and The rest of my hormonal levels are fine. I tried to conceive for 2 years +. I got my tubes, thyroid checked, checked for infections.. all came out fine. I recently did 2 round of ovarian stims with Gonal, and I had only 2 follicles after 1000 Gonal - 10 injections with 100. Doctor told me I have premature ovarian aging and that the quality of my eggs are probably low. But I keep wondering if it isn’t something else wrong also since I never got a single positive pregnancy test .. Thank you for another informative video! I've recently had a failed fresh transfer and a failed FET. I am 37 years old, had multilpe miscarriages (fell pregnant twice quickly and naturally 3,5 years ago). Had a molar pregnancy and trophoblastic disease. As a result of the D&Cs I have Asherman's syndrome. My gyneacologist is happy with a lining above 2 mm, I was surprised. Last time my lining was trilaminar and 5,6 mm. Our embryos aren't tested, so I don't know of I have implantation issues or embryo issues. From our first IVF cycle we had 5 follicles, all fertilized and they all made it to day 5. Is it likely that it's an implantation issue?

A 2mm lining is NOT sufficient. Seriously. 😳 I don't know the name but they can inject you with a "GLUE" that makes the Embryo stick when they to the transfer. It costs extra (maybe $400?). I remember watching a KZbin video of a woman who finally got pregnant because of the extra syringe. I'm sorry I can't help you with the actual name. Also Check your estrogen. I think that's what makes it thick. You can supplement, but I recommend you to increase it naturally. There are tons of videos here on YT. Like be feminine! Let your man do stuff for you and receive. Whenever you do that his testosterone will rise and your estrogen👍🏻 good luck

This is a start but if your tubes are still blocked, which I suggest you test again, then you will need IVF.

I’ve had 4 icsi cycles and 1 ivf with no success. I’ve had one miscarriage at 11.5 weeks. it’s almost becoming impossible for embryos to implant. I’ve had all the invasive test, hysteroscopy was done today nothing is found… I am due to have embryo transfer end of march 2022 is there anything else I can do to make sure embryos stick. I’ve even used glue in past, taking regular folic acid and vitamin d supplements.. I’ve had immune test, clotting tests etc. o diagnosis are given for failure cycles.

I just had my 5th miscarriage in a row, ( in just under 2 years) I’ve had 6 kids. Never had a miscarriage until after I had my 5th baby. Doc implantation is my problem and I kn it, I ovulate between 10 to 12 day of my cycle, after that between 19 and 2oth of my cycle my breast will be heavy and soar breast also sneezing ,the next is like some kind of sign in my womb or movement I don't kn how to explain it, the next day been 21st day of my cycle all these symptoms will decrease as if something left my body, these I have been noticed for the past 4 months am tracking my ovulation. I believe I conceive during ovulation but lost it at implantation. I was diagnosed with cysts at my left ovary 20 mm and and primary Adenomyosis. I do have a light pain during menses only on the first day. Some months it will come without any pain.

I am sorry to hear this. Just based on your comment I will say that you are ovulating a little early. The adenomyosis is also a concern and needs to be addressed. This can impact implantation.

I’ve been trying for the first time in all of my adult years. I am 34 and I’ve been trying for 6 months, I know most will say that, that isn’t long enough- however, I’ve never been pregnant or tried to be. I’ve never been on birth control and I just thought that it would happen instantly. Last year a polyp (just 1) was found by my gyn and removed during that visit. I visited the doc again this year and no more polyps. I had iron deficiency but began taking iron meds and my doc says my levels are normal. Now I will say that my periods are pretty heavy but that is all that’s a problem with me. Is there anything I should be doing or getting checked out so that I can successfully become prego ?
