Why all this POLICE ESCORT in Pakistan?

So that’s why they wouldn’t leave and follow me everywhere. Apparently Secret government agencies are trying to cause bad publicity for Pakistan by shooting western tourists. At least that‘s what one officer told me at one of the many police checkpoints. It’s still massively frustrating and my new friend Rufus couldn’t hold back anymore. Coming to the hotel at nightfall is gonna cause quite the excitement…I guess this is life now in Pakistan🫣 not cool

Why do you think that? The trouble Marc seems to be referring to is the bike connecting to the local cellular network so that he can monitor the charging remotely when not in bluetooth range. Given the wide variety of network standards worldwide, I'm not sure Zero can obtain a module that will work with every network in every country. And given that there are many countries in which they don't sell their bikes, I don't think it would even be economical for them to even try to find or create something that would connect in every country.

They had have a guide because they are British and a total different experience than I have. I was never unsafe but always concerned about the secret agencies in Iran. That’s why I stopped posting on social media and releasing videos all together the whole time I was in Iran. Also a reason I couldn’t stay much longer since this is my bread and butter 🤙🏼

As a European, they are giving you full security so that you don't get any harm. Because if you do any harm, the whole western world will blame Pakistan. So they don't want to take any kind of risk. And you also understand that the political situation of this country is not stable. So, it is better to have all kinds of adaptations as a traveler, even if it is a little difficult.
