@@marcusfilly I hit 5 sets of the Front Squat/Back Squat superset a few days ago. It was really fun and challenging. It was unique to have a training stimulus effect my legs in such a fashion. I think I will make this my 'go-to' squat performance for the next training cycle. Thank you for sharing your content.

I have a question I have noticed a bump on your right collar bone, did u ever have a clavicle or a shoulder injury ? Cuz I did and I was just wondering how you delt with it if you did?

I feel like I've heard countless times that side obliques raises (at least standing) are basically useless as obliques are primarily for bracing, not lifting

One way to find out: do 3 legit sets yourself within 1-2 reps in reserve. Did you get sore? Do it for a few weeks? How did you look, feel and perform?
