I've been playing guitar and singing solo for 25 years, and I can't rightfully explain just how incredibly difficult it is to do what MK is doing here. Just him and his guitar, no effects, one take, and the execution is simply flawless. Not sure I've ever seen a better combo of songwriting, vocal character, and axe chops in someone under 30. Just incredible and soul-restoring to know there are savants like this out there...

The real deal, my buddy got to perform with him at Clapton’s festival last year and that was the first time I saw him live. I'm 65 years old. My first memories of rock and roll was The Beatles' She loves You. I've lived through all the greats from Harrison and Richard to Jimi and Duane to Stevie Ray Vaughn and Eddie Van Halen and too many more to name, and this guy's name needs to be put on the list. His babysitter as a kid was his dad's amp and his granddad's guitar while his dad worked 2nd shift to earn a living, . Thank god it wasn't Xbox and "Call Of Duty".

I was playing apple radio on a small speaker on my balcony one night that I couldnt sleep when suddenly, this song comes on. My wife came out and found me listening to this by myself and asked if I was depressed or something so I told her to sit and listen with me because then she would would understand. This performance is a master class in guitar playing, overall composition dynamics, and killer songwriting. I love this version over the original recording. The way he inverts his chords throughout the whole song while also playing bass and lead lines is a skill that is very rare in guitar playing today. This guy is like Chet Atkins, George Benson, and Freddie King all rolled in one.
