Do you think there’s much difference between 3 meals per day and 4 in achieving this goal? Or just a matter of personal preference?

There is some evidence that 4 meals of evenly spaced protein is better for muscle building

Indeed, hunger cannot be avoided, even at higher BF like me, never lost weight without being hungry even with large portions of veg. but maybe that's just me.

That’s right. Our bodies can tell when we are in a calorie deficit and signals our brain for hunger

No i kept it the same I have found that my body can adapt to almost any ratios. But what feels best is when I eat moderate to high carb

Kia Ora Marcus, I’ve got a question: at about 7min when you speak to the idea of calorie cycling, you say you keep the daily averages still in a deficit. Are you saying that you eat in a deficit every days just some days you eat in a smaller deficit? Or do you eat in a surplus on the refeed days but you make sure it is a small surplus so that when you average out the week, you’re still in a net deficit overall. Thank you! -Chris
