@@megaszx08 IIRC Amanda (Marcy) got an executive position on the show later and and became more critical of Ed's acting which eventfully made the 2 stars hate each other off the set.

@@Corrderio That's at odds with what I've heard. Apparently they actually thought the other was very good in the acting department, but personalities, not so much.

And that still didn't help her. MARCY worked AND did the household chores and Steve left her, tried to take her money, then tried to return when things didn't go right for him. Meanwhile, Peg did nothing but care for her and Al stuck around, because he loved her, despite his protests, even when presented with better options. 🤷🏼♀️
