If we lose N'Kunku and Felix they will move on and be great at their next club. I hope we don't lose them and learn how to give them more minutes by subbing Palmer, Noni and Sancho and moving our flexible players into different positions. They would walk into most other teams, and Felix can play left wing, and palmer can play right wing. Would love to see Felix, Nkunku and Palmer all behind Jackson in some game.

Maresca is in danger of building a team where certain players will not be dropped no matter how bad they are playing. Palmer is our best player at the moment but you've got to show the other players on the bench that there is a pathway to get into the pitch even a player is playing badly. You can't have world class game changing players sitting on the bench & giving them 10 minutes charity time near the end of the match when we're winning 3-0. It's not a case of will those players leave its getting to the case of when. You're not going to replace each these players for anything under 70 million pounds. Lets face fact Felix & Nkunku are world class... The reason why some of this fan base have doubts about them is when they do get some game time, its normally just for 10 - 15 mins and not in there specialised position, so they look lost & can't showcase why they are brilliant players. I just hope for Maresca's sake that Palmer stays fit...because his unwillingness to utilise the squad more will come back to haunt him.

Felix started at LW with Palmer, Nkunku, And Madueke against Southampton and we scored 5 goals on 26 shots. I know it was only Southampton but we were very creative.

If Palmers exhausted, yeah. But no, if your best player is only getting one game a week and a team is trying to mark him out of a game, you do not pull them because they are struggling to find something. It s VERY important you let him try to play through it. The next step is switchjj in g things tactically. Maybe bring Felix central and subnets for Palmer instead. Force the other team to make decisions about their lopsided strategy. Do you think Pool would sub Salah when he’s fresh because he’s struggling to find a breakthrough? Maybe City subbing KDB in his prime because he’s had a mediocre game to that point? That is ridiculous. Thankfully Enzo u set stands that’s ridiculous. Although I do want to see tactical changes to free up Palmer. The team needs to move around and do their part to finish and makes ru d and pants to help Cole. Otherwise teams will just overload him and harass him til we give in and sub, we will still fail, and he’ll head on over to Madrid because we helped him poorly.

Felix likes to try a lot of back heel flicks and other technical skills in areas that can lead to breaks for other teams. You also have to hold your breath against st petulant bookings, or even a straight red when he’s on. And finally, his press and defense is noticeably poor compared to Gus like Pal er, Neto and Madueke. That’s a lot of “chance” for the not bump in creativity you hope to get when he’s on the field. In a horrible, sideways rain cyclone against a super physical team .. that doesn’t seem an excellent trade.
