Besides the Ragas, familiar to most, Vishaka Hari sings ragas like 'Jana Sammodhini' which she sings so beautifully, responded beautifully by the Violinist Ananthakrishnan. She is quick in her narration but packs a lot of great music, great ideas. She is special.......without doubt.

Whenever Vishaka Hari sings any song in Kalyana Vasantham or SubhaPanthuvarali, it is difficult to resist tears welling up in one's eyes.

When Vishaka started in Kalyana Vasantham..."Dheena Vatsala, Govinda..." comes at about 53, it is hard to resist the tears welling up in one's eyes and a sort of 'pull' at one's heart strings...!!! What a lady, what a talent....!!
