Products don't give you healthy hair, your hair grows healthy based on your follicles receiving nutrients, vitamins, and minerals from your diet. In the usa our food is void of this and supplements at supermarket are made with synthetic chemicals that the the body is not designed to utilize to help your hair get healthy. Other cultures eat healthier too, and it's what your born with. Theres nothing in the hair care industrial complex that's going to give you healthy hair, infact the opposite you get hair loss, damaged hair. Myself included, I can't never get that shine or sleek slip that resembles free flowing healthy hair texture. Remember hair has a cortex once damaged then you have unmanageable briken hair fibers that result in frizz. Nothing has worked for me, i just clip in all my hair to avoid having it showing all frizzy. So scalp health is important too. I've done biotin with no success or results, and read biotin is a scam and doesn't do anything for achieving healthy hair.

If your hair isn’t thick like hers plz know it never will this is genetics only. Nothing will make it get thicker. As you get older it will get even more thin. Hers will too as she gets in her 40’s and 50’s 🤷‍♀️
