@Simply.Katelyn They were really good. So good in fact, that I made a second batch later on in the day after work and dipped them in sf pancake syrup like french toast sticks. I've made them each day this week and even experimented with adding extra sweetener and cinnamon with a cream cheese dipping sauce. I'm hooked!!! Quite the surprise since I really don't like the original egg bread recipe. Now I'm thinking about giving her wonder bread recipe a try.

That’s why I take my yoke’s separate. If it’s clear I put them in my mixing bowl if I mess up with a joke it’s not going to go in that bowl. I use duck eggs and so it’s easy to break the yolk because the shower is so hard. But I’ve contaminated too many batches so I don’t do that

Toxins get stored in fat so just using the whites it typically isn't an issue.

Sadly, I've found I can no longer enjoy all the PSMF breads, as the low fat protocol reactivated my autoimmune symptoms... So back to high fat/mod ketovore for me. Plan to incorporate these recipes I love for special occasions/treats tho!!!

PSMF is a very short term thing you can add on occasion. Protein prioritized keto is still great adjusting fat based on your goals. No need to add tons of fat to the diet to heal. :)

And some people are more sensitive to egg whites so can't do these breads. But there are tons of other options. :)
