I loved this low impact workout! I’m sweating so much lol. Also love how you incorporate ballet in these workouts. My elbow kinda hurt on the plank dips but besides that really good workout thank you Maria❤️❤️❤️

I love to do low impact workouts when I'm on my period! It's great to move my body a little bit, and still give it a little rest from all the intensive work. Thanks Masha! 💕

I loved this! I saw you posted it while I was at work (in Saratoga, New York) and couldn’t wait to try it. Wow! This was a perfect challenge that I didn’t feel overwhelmed by. I do your arms, legs and core each morning, which makes my day have a beautiful beginning! I prefer to not use music. I have been practicing yoga for many years, and for a long time the music made a class good or bad. I prefer to get more into the movement of the exercise and think about what each muscle and joint is feeling. In yoga, it has a term called pratyahara, or withdrawing the senses within which heightens self awareness. (Sorry for the rambling, but that is why at this point, I prefer to do without music.)
