спасибо за видео. Я медленно учу русский, (I tried to put "Thanks for the video - I am slowly learning Russian") I just wanted to say I was inspired from your videos to try to learn Russian. I can read it a little better then saying or typing it - but I am getting better every day! I honestly wouldn't mind if you made videos where you just spoke Russian. I can turn on the subtitles and hear/see what words are being said :) And also of course your ballet videos are extremely helpful! Thank you again!!!

Love this, beautiful Maria! I have been doing your various workouts faithfully for about 4 months. It is amazing how effective they are!!! Some I can get through easily now and others are a real challenge! This new workout is a delight. It is not difficult but it is different! I think you are very articulate in both explaining and demoing the exercises. If I could I would give you a two thumbs up and Brava!!!

I am a ballerina at VAB with summer reed and something I struggle with is my extensions! Your videos motivate me, so could you do an extension workout video?

I’m impressed by your level of English speaking - how did you reach such a good level? It’s a huge benefit for us non-Russian speakers. Although my physical level is intermediate-to-advanced according to my yoga mentors, your beginner workouts are very challenging for me right now. Which drives me to practice them even more. I feel that the internet community would be inspired by workout level at beginner or even less than this - otherwise inspiration will become intimidation. When I guide yoga to my peers during martial arts warm-up, I have to remind myself that most individuals have never explored their bodies the same way other more seasoned practitioners have. I’m working on finding that sweet spot for those who train with me to design a flow that is both enjoyable and developing at the same time. My gratitude goes out to you for making your work accessible.
