Idk what Dave does, look into LIIT (LOW intensity interval training), I look like I work out 5 days a week, I workout less than Dave, my muscles are defined & I have a 6 pack 24/7 throughout entire menstrual cycle & I’m 39. Idk your fitness level, but small circuit like jumping in place moving feet/knees from side to side in a twisting motion for 30 count, then mountain climbers (full plank, bringing one knee in to opposite elbow, returning to other foot and repeating on other side) for 30 count, followed by modified bicycles (lay in back, curl everything up, hands behind head, elbows wide, knees at table top, keep knees bent 90° or more and lower one leg so toe taps floor while bringing the other knee in to the chest for 30 count. Repeat those 3 exercises 3 times. It’s triple cardio & works every part of the body, if you’re reasonably fit, it’ll take 3 minutes to do all 3 circuits. Check w/ your doctor before any exercise program, I’m not a doctor, I do have multiple certifications in physical fitness: personal group & pre/postnatal from Cooper Institute, an ACE certification and YTT300. I do that 2-3x a MONTH, not even every week

Just because someone sells products doesn’t mean they’re not genuine. If you don’t have health problems that you’re aware of, that’s great. As someone who’s gone through a similar issue, I wholeheartedly appreciate all the information he gives out and the fact he brought awareness to the mainstream.
