This is a taste test/review of Marie Callender’s Duos Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Parmigiana meal. It was $3.99 at Kroger. 1 meal (411g) = 600 calories

My roommate tried this and he liked the chicken parm better. To me this combo does not make sense! Who eats two kinds of chicken at the same time?

I wish I would've watched this BEFORE I tried it for dinner at work tonight. I left break hungry, not bc of small portion (even though I counted 5 noodles toal 😅) but bc it was so god-awful.

I just don't understand the point of these. When I first heard about them, I thought it would be 2 complete meals. Like Chix Parm and maybe rotini or bow ties and Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini noodles. What there is with the Alfredo par isn't nearly enough. And if you can't have 2 separate meals-like my Mom could have the Chix Parm and noodles if they had some and I could eat the Alfredo. If I'm getting it for myself, just give me either 2 pieces of Chicken Parmesan or 2 pieces of chicken Alfredo. I don't want both kinds unless I'm at a buffet and loading my plate. Passing on this entire Duos line. Thank you kevin.

I was going to try this one until I saw what it actually looks like and your take on it. I prefer my chicken Parmesan and chicken Alfredo at the Olive Garden or cook it myself! 😁

I don't own a toaster oven, but I am curious why some of these meals say to not use a toaster oven when the regular oven is OK. Do toaster ovens get super-hot and melt the plastic or something?

I tried the meatloaf/ fried chicken one. This was so bad that i tossed it after the mid microwave stir! I couldn't bring myself to serve this to my husband for a quick Saturday lunch. Nasty.

Marie Callender's used to be my favorite. I have been so disappointed in them for the past few years. Their quality is horrible now. We tried this Duo meal a few months ago. The breading on the parmigiana was mush and the alfredo chicken was hard as a rock with just a few noodles as you mentioned. The taste of both were disgusting. No more Marie Calender's for us.

I purchased this microwave meal and it was Blah all around. Didn't care for the alfredo or parmigana. The flavors were so muted and uninspired. Needed flavor all around. Would never get it again.

It’s really easy to make your own chickrn parm with frozen chicken Pattie’s, a jar of sauce and some shredded cheese… i think that if they gave you a decent amount of pasta and topped it with some Parmesan cheese it might really help the rating…

I had 2 of these last weak and they were pretty good for marie callender the alfredo is kinda dry and harder to cut the parm is not dry and easy to cut with a fork

Those unseasoned white meat chicken patties have little flavor, especially when served with white sauce--doesn't really sound like Alfredo, which should have some flavor. Thanks for the heads up. Good review.
