Yes, I remember her back in her Carifta and Junior days. She was unstoppable as a junior. Doubled up in the 100 & 200 at the 2012 World Juniors and was really setting up nicely for Senior competition. But injuries took its toll on her transition. Her start is always an issue. She has to get out of the blocks quicker because her with her long strides, once she gets going, she can run down almost anyone. But she’s trending in the right direction - 10.99 last week, 10.92 (PB) this week.

@@shamarharvey6117 Injuries have an impact on performance. So based on probability its highly unlikely she will be at her best form 4weeks after an injury. So the jury is still out until she runs and we see her times. The fact that she has not run 100m competitively in 2023 until this point of the season says a lot about her fitness. This is not consistent with how she has prepared in the past seasons.

Serious talk, TaLou will not win a medal at world's, she doesn't perform well under pressure., Just go back and watch her heats from previous championship. Her management of the rounds are alway in question. Jacko will take the double. The 100 in PB 10.68 and the 200 21.63. Jacko is running under coach instructions
@anthonyclarke2253 Жыл бұрын
Serious, serious talk, Ta lou has been coached by John Smith for the last 2 years and is different sprinter from last year. The most noticeable difference is she is no longer running tense and being more relaxed. I think we'll see a different Ta lou this year.
