Doing Nutrisystem as of 2 weeks ago. I'm really getting use to eating 6 times a day including snacks. I don't like everything it has to eat, however Generally it's pretty good. Exercise is a must, walking, riding a bike, something. Once you get use to the plan it works well. A couple pounds a week, varies by body shape and weight...
