Just got the "news" my eldest daughter has a partner. I am so happy that she has someone who adores her, respects her and that they just really like one another. And by the way, besides knowing that Mormonism is a false religion...I brought up the subject of homosexuality in previous comments, because one of my brother's, who I saw take his last breath in my home at just age 33, and who I miss dearly, was a great guy, but was also a homosexual, who ended up dying of AIDS in 1993, because of his evil actions, but know from God's promises, that he's in Heaven, and I will see him again one day, because I know for a fact he repented, and accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. In other words, it doesn't matter what we've done, and its not too late to be saved, because today is the day of salvation, since we may not have tomorrow.

On the other hand, RAPE of one male by another was rampant in biblical times and that is what the verses are referring to. Regardless, Leviticus and much of the old testament is chock full of so called "sins" that most Christians just choose to overlook. They also forget that Jesus fulfilled the law. If you're saying that we are to this day to obey all the laws of the Old Testament (which more than 90% of Christians are not following), you are saying that Jesus failed at fulfilling the law. Do you think he's happy that you are calling him a failure?

I enjoy Marie very much. She said she is a Christian. Christians believes in the Trinity. We believe Jesus is God, Creator of Heaven and Earth. Mormonism teaches Jesus is the brother of Satan, that God and his wife had sex and birthed them. Mormonism denies the Trinity. Christainity , in the Bible says that Lucifer (later Satan) is a fallen angel, NOT the brother of Jesus. So Mormons are not Christian. Their beliefs are totally contrary to Christian doctrines.

Yes, God does love everybody! Who cares about the ignorance of others. It is what it is. I too have a gay granddaughter. I'm proud of her. I was one of those ppl who use to judge gays. I'm no longer, that person. It's like what we judge, comes back on us. Be careful what and who you judge. What goes around, comes around. Without fail. I've certainly gained a different perspective.

Marie Osmond l am with you as we should use love not fear. It is interesting if you go back to a talk from one of your prophets of the church you attend he clearly speaks against being gay or being.lesbian. l had to deal with youth in this same church who bullied one of my daughters for having mixed skin. In particular one girl wrote her a letter and told her that because of her skin color she was of the devil. This has stayed with my daughter to this day.love yourself no matter what others think or say and make a success of your life like my daughter did. In the church you attend they sing the song love one another, and that is what we should do despite the differences. Thank you for speaking out Marie, maybe you saved a childs life by doing so.

It's true that Christ loves gay all people, but he doesn't condone homosexuality, since it plainly states in God's word the Holy Bible, that a man shall not lay with another man, and is said to being an abomination (sin). In other words, God created Adam and Eve to be intimate, not Adam and Steve to be intimate. Christ teaches that we should all love one another as ourselves, including loving the sinner, but not the sin. His word also states, that a day would come when people's attitudes would change, and would start looking as moral issues as being immoral, and immoral issues as being moral, or good things as being bad, and bad things as being good...Among many other things that have, and is still coming to pass through each generation, which is why we beware of false religions, and false prophets (wolves in sheep's clothing), and for us to just call on the name of Jesus Christ, repent for all of our past and present evil deeds (sins), and if we do, we will be saved, and that after we die, our spirit and soul will one day receive a brand new body, and live in peace, love, and joy with Christ in Heaven for eternity, but on the other hand, if we reject Christ, and not repent for those evil deeds (sins) we have committed, that we will suffer those consequences of those un-repented sins in sheer misery with Satan in Hell for eternity. It's not me saying these things, but God saying them through his word the Holy Bible, with those words being inspired by God to those men to record his words to teach us the way we should live, out of his love for us, and a way for God to also have a personal relationship with us, by faith through his son Jesus Christ! Unlike religion's, that add or takeaway from his true words stated in the Holy Bible, to come up with their own false doctrines and teaching's. For it says in God's word (Holy Bible), that God so loved the world, that he gave his only son, that whosoever believes in him (Jesus), shall not perish, but have ever-lasting life! John 3:16. So it's up to us now, on what were going to choose, which is either for us to accept his free gift, or reject his free gift. Only us as individual's can make that decision, being life or death...
