I remember being shocked and upset when their marriage fell apart all those years ago because as a young child watching her and Donny it made us feel like extended family partly because I am one of 8 children in my family.

He cheated all over town. She was incredibly unhappy at the end because at the time, Mormons never got divorced. But Steve was very blatent about chasing around; he was excommunicated, which is a huge huge disciplinary action. He had to do some major penance and changing for them to remarry in the temple.
