Marie, my husband of 54 years LOVES flannel. "Forget the black lace," he says. "I love you all soft and cuddly!" I went to a "Romantic" store with my girlfriend and wound up buying two pairs of expensive flannel pajamas. He was thrilled!!! I don't wear them to sleep in. I wear them around the house on chilly days. ..like your lovely soft bumblee colors in your new set. I've been enjoying watching Marie up her wardrobe all summer! Her fall selections are perfect! And, even her kitchen attire is tops now! So glad to see she's having fun stepping online to find thing she loves. She has an impeccable traditional eye! Oh I wish I had had that umbrella hat as a teacher when I had to do crosswalk duty! Juggling an umbrella and stop sign while waving the cars ahead was often comical. At least with that umbrella hat I would have been comical while hands-free!

Sir Galahad is like a' living toy ', that 'Keeps on Giving!' lol So much fun to see the umbrella needing no hands, and working so well for those moments when one just must take the 'little one" out and into the rain, in order to take care of those personal needs. So nice to see Nicky again and' love her vintage clothing!' Great seeing Sarah and Steve too, and Steve's home-made muffins looked fabulous! He is a baker as well! Think Marie is having a wonderful time and the clothes were just perfect. The Blazer was meant to be , what a find and a perfect fit! ll at once she wil be finding just the right match for her and thigns will slowly develop once Stephanie and Philip approve! Maywell end up beig aperson who also wil be part of Lalande and it would continue on working out nicely! She is doign so well and loves the cooking and baking, as well as her flower arranging , and does it so well. Life may well take a turn in time for her all she needs to do is ask, and she wil recive! Life can be like this but it must be the 'right person at the right time!' Being very careful *but not too picky, and for too long," and it will work out. Never taking anything for granted. Galahad looks warm in his coat. I own the same color and breed of dog as Galahad. I have set up a canopy for my dog to go under when it rains, just outside a side door over a grassy area and our (I do not go out in the rain) dog is happy to use it with no trouble at all. This might work for Galahad. We own the same color and breed of dog as Galahad.

The purple shamrocks will suprise you with how many bulbs they produce. I found my 20 year old pot...full!! I now have some in the pot..and more all over the property. They like some shade. It will be interesting to see if they survive the winter...but my big pot will be coming back in the house ...just in case!! You will get MANY years of enjoyment from them.😊

The pink knickers are a questionable purchase for someone as young as Marie but to each their own. I fully understand wanting warm pj's in a cold chateau and I'd be wearing the big socks with them. To see you all laughing at some of Marie's fashion ideas but then going out in public with the umbrella hat on really made me laugh. I guess it was to serve a purpose so as long as you don't go out to dinner or to the local village in it it's cool. lol P.S. your supper looked so delicious!

I love the velvet (is it velvet?) jacket, and I think the michelin star dress would look good with that cream sweater! The pajamas - absolutely on point!
