Are you going to make a full body program for healthy hormones like you do? I notice your program in your app is two upper days and two lower and how you probably used to train. I’d love to see shorter hormone healthy full body programs:)

So interested!! I had adrenal fatigue after my second child so I had to be careful with workouts for awhile and still have to be!! And I had post partum hypothyroid after my first. So hormones were definitely out of whack and still are a bit!

yes, i’m also super interested in this! I also have a hormonal imbalance and find I struggle in the gym finding a good balance between wanting to lift heavy and not doing enough.
