Thank you both so very much for being advocates for true health & wellbeing & dedicating your time to be leaders in this space! Dr. Axe, I’m so grateful of you sharing your monumental journey & personal triumph of having to climb out of unforeseen darkness & unknown circumstances! Thank you truly for sharing how you’ve overcome & remained resilient! It’s truly remarkable!!!🙏❤️💪👏 this helps bring hope to others!!! God bless you both greatly! 💖Mari, thank you so much for all you’re doing for women’s wellness POW! Please don’t stop talking about PCOS! So many women are told their hormones are completely normal, insulin testing was normal but have horrible symptoms & ovarian cysts that are confirmed from ultrasound! They are always put on birth control causing more harm. There is a lot of money pulled out of patients but they don’t get the help needed! There should be so much more focus & funding towards women’s care from these issues through the menopause issues journey! You are helping push important conversations for women! Thank you!!!📣💖💪🙏👏🙌

I love him🥺 connection to God, nature, real food, and community make us unstoppable. I also have a disability, Ehlers danlos syndrome, and overcoming limiting beliefs has been an ongoing journey for me. We define ourselves and our bodies.

I was very unmotivated in High School too, and my Math teacher said I will become no-one! years later I got to #1 MBA school in Canada, I have my own business and people respect my words! Years later I visited that school, the teacher was old and she was still working there and I mentioned what she told me and how I turned my world around! the funny thing is she said she does not even remember she said that. I wish parents and teacher in school teach you it is okay if you feel unmotivated now, but you should know that does not mean that's who you'll be forever!

Completely concur with mindset being key to well-being. In May this year I had a 360° turnabout with my health in the space of a week after being unwell for 4 years. I did this by changing my mindset and keeping the scripture philippians 4v8 as my mantra- whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy-meditate on these things. I also learned mindfullness, breathwork, how to speak kindness to my nervous system, added supplements, increased exercise- yoga x4, pilates x 1 and lifting heavy x3 (also changes to diet and a few other lifestyle areas). It sounds a lot but my life has completely changed and it is 100% worth the effort!❤

How is it possible that he went to Johns Hopkins University and not calling it by the correct name? So odd. For the host also. It’s not John Hopkins…. I have family that went there and you would never get that wrong.
