Thanks for drawing my attention to this video, Colin -yes it looks like it was a really good gig -but as you know, I prefer Marillion in the Fish era!!
@colinrandall13995 жыл бұрын
@@coolVicar That was a good era, but a long time ago now. Marillion with Steve Hogarth have built up a vast repertoire of excellent material with vary varied styles and they are brilliant live.

Oh dear . i was in Sheffield on 5th to see S. Hackett , and i had hesitated to buy a ticket also to see this gig in Birmingham. Travelling from SE France , it woud have been a good thing not to hesitate...

I didn't use a camera phone, but a Lumix SLR and I asked permission from Marilion before posting it up. It was an amazing concert.

Excellent quality! Going to the RAH on the 19th. So looking forward to it. Thanks for posting. What did you use to capture this?

I was at RAH at 18th. Superb koncert. Cab I ask, howcome you dont have problems with posting. I posted 3 vids, but all 3 was deleted on demand of Marilliononline😢

I posted up this video and I was sent a message by KZbin that it would not be able to be seen in some countries such as Australia and New Zealand for copyright reasons. I then decided to post up two more videos, but they were immediately taken down and I was given a warning by KZbin and I got a strike against me. Then the following day this original video was taken down and I received a second strike against me. If you get 3 strikes in a set period of time your KZbin account is suspended. I wrote to Marillion and was informed that this was all done automatically by the record company. A few days later, suddenly this video was available again, so I suggest you just enjoy it while you can.

Tnx for answering. I wrote to Marillion to. Yesterday. Stil wait for responce. Actualy, my opinion is, that we, if we make videos and posting them to KZbin, we "work" for the band. I'we noticed, if I post just any music video on my FB profile, video watched just a few people. If I posted a video, which I made, the same video watces 50-100 or even more people. I realy do hope to positive reaction from Marillion. My first Merillion koncert, I fly from EU, Royal Albert Hall. Concert to remember. Greats☺

That's stupid removing free promotion videos for the band. They should remember who put them where they are.

@@satchfan2010 I fully agree. But, I still wait for a answer of Marillion. Sadlly, but it seems invane😢😢😢

I'd imagine Marillion control uploads because they may intend to release their own footage which would represent them far better than phone footage. It's understandable that they only want quality material in the public domain. You pay for the experience of the performance not to put it out in any fashion to the public domain. With respect

Avec la présence de ces cordes sur la scène Marillion à perdu cet osmose de groupe qui était le sien...revenons à MARILLION sans cet appareillage

No Fish = No Marillion
@johnhamer-ratcatcher4 жыл бұрын
Fish was not the first vocalist with Marillion and was actually with them for only 7 years. Steve Hogarth took over on vocals in 1988, so has been the bands vocalist as well as playing guitar and keyboards for 32 years.
