Media liked to demonize anyone they didnt like. We used to get all the news about the starts from print media so they used that power. If an actor is not nice to them they would spread "fake news" about them. Thanks to social media we now have direct contact with our stars.

And a movie that is not as well known but very shocking, "The Outsider". If you can find"the Outsider" you will see a Curtis you could never have imagined on screen.
