it's rare to hear him scream, but other than getting 4th place and lower with no trophy and the bomb kart blowing him up, you can hear it if your character hits a wall while in midair. That happened to me a lot in this track.

I remember I played this all the time with my best friends on the Nintendo DS. Unfortunately I didn't have an N64 growing up, but I got my DS around 8th grade and this was one of the games I've had. My friends and I all bought this game and play the heck out of it. We're in my room with the lights of with only a beam of light coming from outside haha. The nostalgic feeling is really making my heart tingle.

I was 7 when this game came out and man did I love it! Sometimes a friend and me just stayed behind to lay traps for the computers that were racing. We could do that for hours. Haha oh man I miss being a kid so much. Summer holidays, no worries about job, money or education just play video games and skateboard all summer long. Coming home in the evening mom had always made tea and newly baked bread with melted cheese on them. Damn it I miss those days so much :(.

I really liked choco mountain on MarioKart DS as a retro stage. I only ever played MarioKart64 once and that was at a friend of my mom's house in their garage on a wii. This theme is real nostalgic to the time I played MKDS. Then I lost it. I haven't found it to this day. I'm probably just gonna have to get another copy off Amazon or some old gaming shop or something like that.

Got this game in 1999, I was 4 then. Now it's 2011 and I'm 16, and this game NEVER gets old. Got bored of MK wii in like 2 months. This game just has more sentimental value.
