Me and my family have been playing this for months and can’t stop playing the Grand Prix and Battle Mode with all the new racetracks! It’s honestly been a blast to revisit one of our favorite Mario kart game with race tracks from other Mario kart games! this.. is a masterpiece. what a mod. criminally underrated. exceptional. double dash is just a better, more colourful engine than mkwii, and there's no trash like in the wii and n64 track mods, importing from any old place. you took exceptional care importing tracks from snes and gba and making them 3D. a nintendo tier job. incredible. in-cre-di-ble. such a great mod.

Also, I have just a little question. I’m not sure if this is possible with Double Dash Plus, but is it possible for me to add custom characters and tracks from the Custom Double Dash Wiki into the Double Dash Plus? Or is that not possible? Sorry, I’m just a little new to the Wiki and don’t know my way around 😅.

hey the mod works but im not sure if im getting the expansion. im only seeing 5 pages of the first 3 trophies (shroom fire star) but ive seen ppls gameplay of having 2 or 3 more trophy cups

the mod currently doesn't come with a working save file. You'll have to unlock the stuff yourself. If you didn't change the Maker Code or name the save file should sync with a vanilla save file.

Does Mushroom Gorge still crash on console? And are the new tracks console-tested for crashing/not crashing?

Yes it does still crash for me. Update 3.1 seems to have fixed all of the track crashes on the console except Mushroom Gorge unfortunately. All the others tracks work perfect on my GC.

@@BaltoTheSniper How did you get 3.0 to play on console though? I followed the steps for 3.0 but it would only give a black screen. 2.0 worked perfectly fine.

You did something between this update and the last update that made the game unable to play in nintendont. I followed all the steps correctly, they worked for 2.0, but for 3.0 I get a blank screen when loading the game.

from what I've had to do was change the name of ISO using pyisotools. Possibly the Maker Code. I just say to change it just in case. For some reason that allows the mod to work. Otherwise it just loads the vanilla game.

I'd also change the Short Name and Long Name of the ISO as well on pyisotools. Just to be safe. If it works without having to change those please let me know.

@@emmanuelcoronado1989 MKDD Extended used gamecode: GM4E, and maker code: 64, I tried that but it didn't work. I also patched MKDD Plus 2.0 using all the same steps but using the default GM4E01, and it launched perfectly fine in Nintendont. But something is missing here, I've done these same exact steps with v3.1 but I get a blank screen in Nintendont when loading the game, no default game screen, no MKDD+ either. Trying to figure out what went wrong here. I feel like there is additional information left out from the INSTALL.txt.

Did you finally add back 100cc in there? My family was having trouble playing on 150cc and 50cc was too slow. 100cc is definitely a better option than 50CC
