Even though I decided to meme it up and win, to me it's around low A, high B. The hitbox is very weird sometimes with Blue Falcon, but with enough practice, you'll make it look like an S tier. However with other people, it will probably vary.

I don't know much about the modding scene in MKWii so this may not be possible, but all these blue falcons early on in this video makes me think how epic it'd be for an "Fzero" one off tournament. Everyone play Blue Falcon and race on Fzero themed custom tracks. Maybe add in alternate character costumes (for lack of a better word) to put some Fzero Characters in the game
