For the retros it might be worth it to go automatic if no mts shows up to avoid muscle memory kicking in. Especially if you get SGB which is extremely favorable for magi auto and is probably the easiest RT to drive for those with no experience. Peach Beach, Peach Gardens even if you dont try the hedge strat as the ghost is like a 2:07 or something, Yoshi Falls, and Desert Hills are all extremely beatable on automatic spear as well.
