dumb idea for a mod, i dont think it is possible, but it could be fun. What if each character had a personal skill, like a small pasive to make them more unique, a few ideas: Mario: Mushrooms last longer Dk: Gains a miniturbo when trowing bananas Rosalina: has a higher chance of getting stars Funky kong: Increase offroad after tricking Dry bones: Recovers faster from the shock Waluigi: Gains a miniturbo when hitting racers with traps Luigi: Higher chance of getting mushroms in first place (more blue shell dodges) The idea is to make every character special in some way, i dont care if it is balance.
