If someone doesn't know who surge is: She's a character from the idw sonic comics, she's basically a doppelganger of sonic (kinda like wario) and she's "friends" with a tails doppelganger (who is called kitsunami, who is a fennec) Basically she's kinda like the wario of the franchise.
