Actually exists, there was a new update, on the part where is the Evil Mushroom If you grab it you unlock a new path (Judt going to the right) SPOILER PART In that path Mario founds Luigi, Luigi tolds about Mario about can't do something (What is about kill Mario) and Mario talk with him and mades amends, then If you advance to the right the game will crashed and the game will close, there's no a way for evade it because you can only advance to right, If you try to advance to the left the wall will stop you (This can be considered as the best ending)

Welp, this can be because like Mario was dead then nobody saved Peach from Bowser, so surely Peach in The End screen is just a shadow for show what she's dissapeared

In The Mario's Madness v2 Mod from Fnf, You can see a game over screen just like you described. With Luigi and Bowser looking at a Burned Mario. In "The End" Screen.
