What a fantastic book. When was it published? It looks to be a work shop edition but never used in the workshop these things turn up in the most unlikely places. Thanks for sharing.

The only thing seems to be a copyright symbol 2000, which is fine if there's someone responsible for that but with the author apparently deceased, no publisher (probably had it printed himself at the local print shop) it' is doomed to be lost to time. I am still trying to source a physical copy but being where I am in the world, I have more chance to make it to the moon.
