Marion, I am so awed and inspired by your talent. I have not missed one of your tutorials. I also have re watched many. I am a crafter and sew a lot on a machine. When I found your channel, I was excited not only with your talent, as I am also left-handed. You have inspired me to begin my embroidery journey. I am having such a wonderful time. I also use intense on creating my own fabrics. I am not sure if you are aware when using Intense on fabric (only) when washing, it needs to be heat set it will not fade. Absolutely beautiful! This reminds me that in our small church growing up we had a doctor married to a doctor. She saw a beautiful coat that Mrs. Knipe , another church member, made for her daughter. The doctor asked Mrs. Knipe if she would make such a coat for her. Mrs. Knipe told her that she couldn’t afford such a coat. Your coat reminds me of my childhood memory. Thank you.

Thank you Marion. Another lovely session. I loved the use of Inktense paints on the silk fabric for the poppy petals. It gave such a lovely variation of reds for the petals making them look realistic. You did well holding the coat in your hands while sewing on the poppies. ❤😊
