INGREDIENTS:
* 2 cup medium grain rice
* 1 can small red beans
* 2 & 1/2 cups water (2 & 3/4 cup of water for long grain)
* 1 tbsp oil
* 1/4 cup bacon, chopped
* 2 tbsp sofrito
* 2 tbsp tomato sauce
* 2 tsp pimientos
* 1 tbsp stuffed olives
* 1 packet Sazón
* 1 packet pork Sazón (sub for extra all-purpose seasoning)
* 1/2 tsp all-purpose seasoning (sub for regular salt)
* 1 can small red beans, drained
