Hello… My husband is Irish ☘️ and at first he was hesitant but now he eats everything except beans lol 😂 I started with pollo guisado and took it from there. I would also try making him empanadas! Don’t give up, they’re set on their fare but we can help them eat everything!! Good luck 🍀
