As a guitar shop owner, I find selling a guitar to someone when you've paired them with just the instrument they want, one that brings out something new from them, or allows them to say something they've been struggling to say with another instrument, when they fall in love with a guitar, that's a huge high for me. Then witnessing them make music with that instrument keeps that feeling going.

Hey, Mark, no one needs to tell you what a treasure Norm is. We're all lucky he's gotten healthy again and is still doing his thing. Norm's isn't a guitar store so much as a good man's life's work. (and where I met you...). If I could, I'd have just about every guitar in blonde. Because they're gorgeous and as a tip of the cap to Norm.
