I hope Mark doesn’t quit writing the Gray Man series. They’re such good books. Cannot wait for #12.

This man's books are ridiculously good. The Gray Man Amazon movie is great, but it still doesn't hold a candle to how breakneck and high stakes the book is. Cannot recommend The Gray Man novel enough.

Great interview Jack. I really appreciate that even though you were a great SEAL and are now a successful author, I can sense your humility and drive to constantly improve. Wish you all the best.

I just saw the movie. What a fun movie! The subliminal hints to the character's youth. I like the sarcastic humor of the two top hit guys also. Great action sequences. The relationship of the girl with six her surrogate uncle was award winning. It was also nice to see the hot chick from "Blade Runner 2049" back with Gosling again.

This is one of my favorites! I just started reading the Gray Man books a few months ago and it’s great to see Jack and Mark talking shop! I had been wondering how Jack and Mark felt about how their books were depicted on screen and this gave me the answer. I was a little taken back when I first started watching The Terminal List but then figured it was just another way to tell the tale. I am thankful to Jack Carr for getting me back into reading thrillers like his as I hadn’t read anything like them since the 90s when I was reading Tom Clancy. But now I have gotten back into these books and have really enjoyed James Reece’s adventures.

I'm a huge fan of Jack & Mark, congrats on your mainstream success. In this woke, snowflake era I find your stories refreshingly rooted in your military exploits of real life (military service that is). Still hoping to see Randy Wayne White's character Doc Ford on Netflix's radar that would be awesome.

I'm now reading The Devils Hand. The books are all amazing, but Jack's writing is now serious stuff. It's a fantastic read. 👌

If two people read the same book they will not perceive any of it the same was your age and experience change what your minds eye sees and then to switch to film let alone the time in a movies or mini series is so limited to the hours and days represented in a fantastic novel You both rock so keep on keepin on

Regarding the “complaints” about changes from book to screen, I’ll simply say, these authors should take them as the compliments they are. I LOVE the gray man novels, recommend them to everyone who reads action thrillers. I feel and do the same with Jack’s Reece novels. I also really enjoyed the Netflix movie and Amazon series. But they aren’t the books, obviously. I understand some of the changes, but I certainly don’t agree with all of them. Making Fitzroy Six’s CIA handler is an unforced error, it cus out far far far too much, with minimal gain. Sorry, that’s my opinion and I’m sticking with it. I get that any author would be crazy to kill the golden goose and would want to be cooperative. But that doesn’t mean the readers should. Having said all that, I think abandoning either series of novels because of the changes is cutting off your nose to spite your face…

Wondering if Jack ever has had a chance or desire to interview Peter Nealen, I find I’m most waiting for books to drop between those two. Bought Armored and it’s on the list after In The Blood

Is not that the movie was different from the Gray Man series. The issue is they didn’t capture the uniqueness of the Gray Man and his story line. The film essentially just used the character’s names and 25% of the story line. I was disappointed

The critics are ALMOST ALWAYS wrong! not sure how they keep their jobs. I love the series and the Netflix series did not disappoint and honestly that has hardly ever happened for me. It seems like the book is always better.

My wife got startled when I jumped up, pointed at the screen and yelled “That was Jack!” during that scene. Amusing for sure.
